- Salad Base: 100 g (3.5 oz) fresh arugula, 120 g (4 oz) salami (sliced into strips or cubes), 150 g (5 oz) fresh mozzarella pearls or diced mozzarella, 100 g (3.5 oz) chopped pickled vegetables (giardiniera or pepperoncini), 1 small red onion (thinly sliced), and 8 cherry tomatoes (halved).
