# Experten-Tipps:

01 -
  • It actually tastes luxurious even though you're using pantry staples and ten minutes of your life.
  • No one will believe you didn't spend an hour making this until you tell them the butter trick.
  • It works for lazy weeknight pastas, pizza bases, dipping sauces, or when you need to look like you tried.
02 -
  • The butter absolutely must melt completely before you serve this—if you see little yellow flecks floating around, keep stirring because that's the difference between silky and greasy.
  • Your tomato sauce brand matters more than you'd think; some are already sweet or salty, so tasting before you commit to seasoning saves you from being stuck with something too aggressive.
03 -
  • Use fire-roasted or San Marzano tomato sauce if you can find it; it tastes like someone actually cared about the tomatoes instead of just harvesting whatever was available.
  • Don't walk away while it's simmering—a watched pot doesn't boil but an unwatched sauce can break or burn, and you'll smell it before you see it.
