  • 1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Instructions

Step 1
Cook the ditalini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, peas, celery, and red onion.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.

Zubereitung

Schritt 01

Nudeln kochen: Ditalini-Nudeln in einem großen Topf mit gesalzenem kochendem Wasser nach Packungsanleitung bis al dente kochen. Abtropfen lassen und unter kaltem Wasser abkühlen.

Schritt 02

Zutaten kombinieren: In einer großen Schüssel die abgekühlten Nudeln, gewürfelte Dill-Gurken, Erbsen, Sellerie und rote Zwiebel vermischen.

Schritt 03

Dressing zubereiten: In einer separaten Schüssel Mayonnaise, Sauerrahm, Gurkensaft, Dijon-Senf, Dill, Knoblauchpulver, schwarzen Pfeffer und Salz mit einem Schneebesen verrühren, bis die Mischung glatt ist.

Schritt 04

Komponenten verbinden: Das Dressing über die Nudelmischung gießen und vorsichtig durchmischen, bis alles gleichmäßig überzogen ist.

Schritt 05

Kühlen und Lagern: Abdecken und mindestens 1 Stunde im Kühlschrank lagern, damit sich die Aromen vermischen.
